REVIEW!

Called this morning to see about getting my alarm fixed, now instead of coming round and charged me I was talked through how to fix the fault, brilliant😀 can’t thank the gentleman enough (sorry I didn’t catch your name)

I would say that he was able to talk me through a common fault on my system I’m sure this won’t be the case with everyone.

Think your home is safe from burglary?

Don’t be a victim! Prevent a burglary with a home security system from Alarms Seacombe,

This cud be your first-line of defence against a theft on your house as well as preventing invasions in the future.    A good security system is easy to install, expand or design.

Alarms Seacombe, have discovered that buildings are 85% more likely to be burglarised than a home without a Security system.

Because being burgled isn’t a one-time occurrence, once victimised, you are 12 times more likely to have a repeat chance of burglary, within a few of weeks.

Hide your belongings

Burglars tend to head for the bedroom to look for cash, jewellery and valuables. Try to hide them in places they don’t expect to discover your valuables.

Lock all doors, windows.

Most burglars don’t have to “break” in; so they wander in through an unlocked side door.

Door and window alarm sensors inform you to the comings and goings on at your home.

Give us a call at: Alarms Seacombe, we are always glad to give advice in anyway we possibly can, and would love to hear from you at: Alarms Seacombe.

Be cautious who you allow into your property.

It”s simple to copy your key: just ask any housekeeper, babysitter, dog walker, or ex boy/girlfriend. Sure, you got one key back, but how many keys are out there, that you don’t know of?

ID your property: Engrave your phone number or ID information or other identifying information on things such as electronics and valuables.

Keep a folder of serial numbers, this will help identify your belongings if the police get what has been stolen and found outside your property.

You could have a CCTV system installed from Alarms Seacombe.

Trim the bushes back.

Tall bushes and landscaping encourage robbers to enter and leave without anyone noticing them, this allowing lots of time to commit the crime.

Don’t hide a key, Burglars may be crooks, but they aren’t daft, they always look below the doormat or flower pots.

Mail & newspapers gather up.

Have someone check on your house daily.

Some thieves will cover a location with junk flyers then come back to your property, those uncollected leaflets show that nobody is at the building.

lock garage doors, gates.

Thieves adore unlocked garages and privacy fences, once they’re in, they can take their time in getting in and out of the property without nobody seeing them.

Outdoor motion detector CCTV provide extra protection to home security.

Never forget to lock all doors and windows.

Lower the blinds as thieves love to window shop as much as you do, always make sure that your belongings aren’t upon show, as they shop.

Put away your keys.

If your vehicle is equipped auto starting and locking, you can buy a pouch to protect keys away from detection using electronic gadgets.

Are you online?

Information you display on social media can support a crime.

Sure, you’re “friends” with the people on social networks, but how much do you know about them?

Do you realise some research have found that a lot of burglaries happen because of information gained from social media.

Twitter and Facebook and other social media networks have places of honour in a burglar’s toolkit.

When you “check in” at a local restaurant or make photos of the sunrise from your rented seashore accommodation, you’re advertising that you aren’t in home, so it’s safe to break in, as you would be away from home for some time.

Taking photos, showing your wedding presents or a new computer or TV or tablet, you have just advertised you’r not at home so help yourself.
